Built in 1928 by Roy Place, this historic hotel near the 4th Avenue District has been rennovated for apartment living.
Listed in National Register of Historic Places.

Thanks for the note, Cat, and the update about the building. I think I'll head down and take a look at it.
I'm amazed at the number of buildings and signs I photographed in past years that are already gone or destroyed in some way.
I haven't been out for a way but I think I need to get going and photograph the builings that I didn't get. If you have any suggestions of ones I should get, I'd love your feedback.
Thanks again for writing. Like you, I really wish these older buildings could be preserved.
