Pacific Battle Re-Enactment

I think this is the first time the Collings Foundation has done a Pacific battle. It was great to see the WW2 Pacific aircraft outdoors! There were small Japanese and Chinese encampments and one of the FM-2 Wildcats took to the skies. There were 2 demos of a WW2 flamethrower and at 100 feet away, the heat was incredible. I can't imagine how hot it was for the guy operating it.
