Ludo-Hartmann-Hof (8., Albertgasse 13-17), städtische Wohnhausanlage (74 Wohnungen), errichtet 1924/1925 von Cesar Poppovits, benannt (1925) nach Ludo Moritz Hartmann. Bemerkenswert ist der ehrenhofartige Rücksprung, der von einem Pfeilergang gesäumt wird. Dessen Säulen sind palmenartigen Motiven aus Keramik verkleidet. Unterhalb der Arkaden waren acht Geschäftslokale eingerichtet. Außerdem befanden sich ein Maleratelier und - ungewöhnlich für das Wohnbauprogramm des "Roten Wien" - größere Wohnungen für höhere Beamte der Stadt Wien im Gebäude.

Ludo-Hartmann-Hof (8th district, Albertgasse 13-17), a municipal housing complex (74 apartments), built in 1924/1925 by Cesar Poppovits, named (1925) after Ludo Moritz Hartmann. A notable feature is the courtyard-like recess, bordered by a colonnade. The columns are clad in ceramic palm-like motifs. Eight shops were located beneath the arcades. The building also housed an artist's studio and—unusually for the housing program of "Red Vienna"—larger apartments for senior officials of the City of Vienna.
