The Reumannhof is a municipal housing complex in Vienna-Margareten. The complex is located at Margaretengürtel 100–110.
The Reumannhof was built between 1924 and 1926 by the architect Hubert Gessner as a municipal housing complex. It was named after Jakob Reumann, the first Social Democratic mayor of Vienna.
The complex, now a listed building, consisted of 478 apartments, 19 commercial units, and several other facilities. According to the plans of architect Hubert Gessner, the apartments ranged in size from 25 to 60 square meters. This size was typical for the time when the building was constructed. Three-quarters of all municipal housing built up to 1927 measured 38 square meters. However, this small living space was intended to accommodate families of up to four members.Today, the number of apartments in the Reumannhof has been reduced in favor of larger apartments, with living space now ranging from 41 to 90 square meters.
