Roasting

I popped into my local coffee merchant in town "Howdah" to buy some beans http://www.howdah.co.uk/
They were roasting some coffee beans fresh from the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
This traditional roasting machine looks just the part and the shop smelt even better.
