Note below the churchkhela is the book "Georgian Dishes" published by Sakartvelos Matsne. The orginal Georgian recipe for churchkhela and many other wonderful Georgian recipes can be found in this book. Georgian cuisine and wine is remarkably good. Georgians know how to eat and drink well.

Hello, I really like Georgian food. And make it all the time. But I would do even better with a book like that. Beacuse all my recipes are scavenged from all over the place and some might be inaccurate, even though they come out really good. And some I can't even find anywhere. :( But I know your book might have them. Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me where I can find that book. I looked in all of the booksotres and nothing.....
