So since the sauce was SOOOO thick, I practically had to mash it onto my walnuts and then I hung them over the frame of my smoker innards to dry. Tomorrow I will dilute the sauce, boil it again, and dip the nuts again. Hopefully things will come out more smoothly, more like the Georgian Churchkhela. Check back tomorrow to see how my first attempt at making churchkhela comes out.
