The recipe calls for adding some corn and wheat flour and then boiling again to thicken it up. But I didn't use straight juice as the recipe calls for, I used homogenized grapes. They were thicker to start with, but this was my first shot at making churchkhela so who knew how much to add? It got REALLY THICK. I think I added too much.
