Hi, I think that Yupik looks great, also in terms of functionality (Norway gets real cold, too). I've been lurking about on your website, looking at all your great photos of beautiful Alaska. Hey, Norway is beautiful too, but we don't get this acute sense of living surrounded by wilderness. Here we seriosly discuss wether we should allow one (1) or three (3) packs of wolves to cross the border from neighboring Sweden, and about 50% of us want to wipe the wolf out of existence permanently. Right now only 20-30 wolves live permanently in my country. It really is quite sad. If a Norwegian journalist TV producer and licensed tram driver (sic!) could get work in Alaska, I'd take my extensive collection of fishing rods and my great grandfather's Winchester and move across the pond in an instant. I'd bring my Yupik to, but first I would need to get hold of one.
Which brings me to my question - the real purpose of this long digression;) - where can I buy one? I've tried googeling it, but no luck.. If you or anyone else, for that matter, see this and happen to know the email adress or website of a great traditional yupik-vendor, I'd be very thankful! They look really comfortable!!
