LOL! I have a client who has these in her backyard. I am in a condo, we are pretty much allowed to have garden art, but the board prez once made a comment that as long as someone doesn't get lawn ornaments such as Pink Flamingos he would allow the various windchimes, windsocks, etc. that we have. I was thinking of getting some and putting the out on April 1st...in the common area. LOL Great Catch, love the sense of humor! Nice bright color-saturation makes more of statement. v
