I was in the 481 TAC fighter squadron at cannon AFB too.
I worked on F111 A/E/F's and always liked the looks of them.
When they came in from the range at night they looked like wasps with the large dangling main gear suspended below.
I used to work on F-111E/Fs and EF-111s at Cannon AFB. They were a nightmare for maintenance but nevertheless a fantastic airplane. I appreciate the memories.
