A close-up of one of the newer houses on the shores of Kong Oscars Havn. I’ve not increased the saturation in any of these photographs. As anyone who has photographed Greenland knows, on a sunny day the light is so good (because the sun is always relatively low in the sky) and the air is so clear, a polarising filter is all you need to bring out the ‘natural’ saturation of the colours.
