Thanks for posting these great pictures. My GGgrandmother was Mary Malissa Talkington (niece of Margaret Talkington Lester). I've never been able to figure out the full name and family of my GGgrandmother's husband (JJ Reed) who died during the Civil War leaving her with 3 little girls. Perhaps this John Jackson Reed was his father or relative! I'd love to know whatever you know about him to see if I can finally breech this brick wall! Thanks.
