"Two-Bit," played by Emilio Estevez, uses a rather nice PCC Custom Jody Samson weehawk with black micarta inserts. This bali is, in fact, my favorite balisong of all. That, combined with the fact that this book had a big impact on me as a kid and the movie was one of my favorites as a teen makes these scenes a cool combination.

Edited to add on 1/01/06: I was just able to obtain this balisong, probably not the exact one, but one just like it. I'll post some pictures of it here when I get them taken.
