Outstanding site and collection! Keep up the great work. You may want to add the new Marinas book on openings to your collection.

While browsing thru your website ,I was surprised to find the ad for the World Balisong Society.I joined the WBS back in 1985 ,and, I still have the decal and one of the knives that i purchased ,it is a Taylor-Seto Golden Dragon ,it was made in three different sizes,I bought the largest one,it has a 7-inch blade with brass handles, and was the largest production balisong knife at that time.If you want a copy of the decal and a photo of the knife ,I will be happy to send You one ,I wish I still had the T-Shirt,poster,and membership card but I lost them over the years.

HI! Great collection of photos. I've been a casual collector of the Balisong, and have been fascinated by it since high school. What's its real country of origin? Am from the Philippines, and in the province of Batangas, they traditionally craft its blades using steel from old railroad tracks, and then some from leaf springs from automobiles, some from ball bearings. -Thanks for sharing, your site's truly one of a kind.

What an awesome collection of knives and information!
I've been searching for info on PCC knives since I've started collecting them. So far this is the most extensive collection of info I've been able to find.
Thank you for having good taste! ;)

Hi,I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction on determining the value of a Bali-Song I purchased about 1986. It is made in the U.S.A., has a Wee-hawk style blade and a horizontal style nylon sheath. It has been used, but not heavily. I'm more into hunting/outdoor blades now and was going to offer it up for trade on one of the knife forums, but really don't know what to ask. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
