My parents didn't like Philly much. For me, Phily is a living history book that allows you to stroll like a wanderer.

Walking through the beautiful city hall, I took this picture. The lighting has the right mood for the building. As the nation's largest municipal building, it still stands proudly in the heart of the City - a testament to it's own monumentality.
