Waldport, Oregon USA

Waldport is on the Oregon coast 18 miles (29km) south of Newport in Lincoln County, Oregon. The city, with a population of 2050 at the 200 census, is located on the Alsea River and Alsea Bay.

Most of the pictures show how Waldport's ocean facing sand spit is affected in winter by wind blown sand.

Kind of makes one wonder why anyone was ever allowed to sell those lots in the first place, doesn't it??
