This bridge was being refurbished on my first visited. You can see how extensively a covered bridge gets torn down while it is undergoing maintenance. It will be revisited after it is finished to see what it looks like after the work is finished.

I spoke with the chief engineer of the project. They had finished several other bridges earlier this summer. Two of them after completion are Neal Lane and Cavitt Creek.
