Santa Fe RSD-7 #601 shell slowly taking shape. The Model Power shell isn't
100% accurate for a Santa Fe RSD-7, but it's pretty close, and close enough for me.
This is brush-painted Polly Scale Engine Black, with Microscale 60-247 decals.
After all the decals / number boards are on, a overcoat of Model Master flat lacquer will seal the decals / cover blemishes.
Certainly I'm not a professional model painter, but hopefully this will serve as inspiration
of what a everyday model railroader can do with a bit of basic tools, time, patience, and enjoyment.
