Landscape Architecture

Cerritos, CA

One of the features of the Cerritos Town Center landscape are rock and waterscapes. This one is on the corner of Bloomfield and 183rd Street. Koi and turtles make this their home. They are visited by ducks and other birds. While I was photographing this area a teenager and her mother stopped by to release a tiny Japanese turtle hoping for a better life for the turtle. Their other turtle had died.

Lovely image! The water and the light make it very serene.
