Downtown Estes Park is westwards, just beyond the Highway 36 bridge. The pedestrian bridge I was standing on to take this photo was shaking with the forceful flow of water. I didn't linger.

Much of downtown Estes Park - including homes and businesses - are in low-lands and were flooded as this picture was taken.
