Messier 45 (M45): The Seven Sisters: Pleiades

Beckwith Township, ON

14 x 105 second subs (24.5 minutes accumulative exposure); ISO 1600; F/5 (aperture mask used).
Equipment: Nikon D7200; Nikon 300mm F/4E PF ED VR lens; Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer mini-German Equatorial Mount; Vello Intervelometer; Gitzo 5-Series Tripod; Really Right Stuff BH-40 Ball Head.

Shot in RAW; converted to TIFF files using ACR; Stacked in DSS; processed in CS6.

Note the areas of nebulosity (gas clouds) around the main stars in the cluster.
