Favourite Quartier

Around Place du Grand Sablon, about 15 mins walk from Grand'Place,
there lies the best names in Belgian chocolates.

Top Left: Godiva.
Godiva is hand-made in Brussels and highly regarded in Belgium, unlike the mall fronts we see in the U.S.

Bottom Left: Wittamer.
All freshly made in the store itself.
Wittamer had been long regarded as the best chocolatier in Brussels.
Their pralines are of the right sweetness, I love them.
Their patisserie is just a couple stores down where there's an outdoor cafe.
Everything looked delicious.

Right: Pierre Marcolini.
The most famous 'newcomer' in the world of high-class Belgian Chocolates.
The store is a 2-story building, inside is all decorated with New York black.
The chocolates are exquisite.
