Whale watching is always wonderful but this year was the best I have ever experienced. The whales were closer to Fraser Island than I had seen before and toward the end of our afternoon 4 juvenile whales "Mugged" the boat coming up perpendicular with a metre or so of the boat to have a good look at us..
