There is a heron nesting area near Akron. Along the river, right by the side of the street! There were four huge trees, all filled with nests. Because it was raining, we didn't get out of the car, I just put the window down to get this shot. An absolutely amazing sight. Hopefully we will find time to go by again on a better day, but since I leave in 4 days, we may not have time. Glad I was able to at least see them.
