Grasdalen is the place of childhood to my father in law. It´s a farm located by a lake - Tinnsjøen, 40 km long and several hundred meter deep - famous for one of the most important sabotage actions during WWII, sinking a railway ferry with "heavy water" (?) for the nazi nuclear project. Grasdalen is now isolated, since no ferrys are traveling the lake and no road is built to the farm. For us however, Grasdalen is a summer paradise.
