Thanks for the comments. VC, very seldom does he fall asleep with the bottle in his mouth. If he does it is removed. I kept it in for the picture only. You bring up an excellent point though.

I love this picture, it's so sweet! The lighting is warm, the face is cherubic - so very peaceful. But as a dental professional I can't help but cringe at the site of a baby sleeping with a bottle . . .be very cautious about making a habit of this.
