Could this be Rebecca Virginia Kiser Garrett? If so she was the first wife of George W Garrett and the daughter of Ab & Rebecca Counts Kiser. She died in 1889 and is buried in the Garrett Cemetery in Jackson County where Ab & Becky Kiser and some of their other children and spouses are buried. Also George W Garrett and his second wife are there. What do you think, could this be Rebecca V Kiser Garrett?
