HNL Station - First Class Lounge! (Snack Time)

Tug Ramp Tour – Under the main terminal, center concourse, diamond head & ewa
terminal wings, fire station, main runways & taxiways, AQ QC cargo ramp, interisland
terminal, dinner at The Kama’aina Café (Employee Cafeteria).

Baggage Service Agent: Collect Lost & Found Items at the gates, re-tagged
misconnect bags to SEALLAS & IAHLLAA, sent World Tracer Management
messages to the mainland and to LIHLCAQ (Kaua’i Load Room),
Delivered mis-tagged bags to A/C808 - AQ86 (the last flight to Kona) within 2
minutes before departure: Opened and Closed Forward compartment cargo doors,
loaded & Stacked bags as a terminal agent; Helped passengers locate baggage on
the baggage claim floor, watched an A-7 (unaccompanied minor) and paged for his
grandma for pick-up.

Gate Agent: Brought 3 Strollers down to the Forward Cargo Compartment for
AQ442 HNL-OAK-LAS, Ran to Gate 54, rode a moving jetway bridge and caught
arriving AQ471 from San Diego. Greeted passengers & Crew. Cookies!

Baggage Service Agent for the day – 6 hours (you learned and did a lot of work
& saved the company lots of $$$$!) Now you know the REAL stress and rewards
of working there. Riding on the ramp, taking pictures and exploring AQ & OA
(Other Airlines) & their A/C, etc. – tons of fun!
