Been trying to find something relevant to say about the content of this picture, but since I`m not a very religious person I`ll just comment on the image itself. The lines and the shadows are awsome, the treatment with the high contrast suits the picture well. All in all a great shot,my vote to you!:-)

Wow! With the shadows, it represents the 3 to me~
Father, Son and Holy Spirit!
Excellent. v.

I'll leave others to analyse the symbolism - I love the graphic purity as well. Voted

The god of three images?....an even deeper meaning, the one physical, the other two metaphysical...amazing. K

I enjoyed reading the comments below; the shadows definitely do lend an even greater feeling of power to the Christ figure. Jesus nailed to the cross is such a well known, well seen 'pose' (not an apt word to use but the best one I can think of) that it's remarkable to see something like this where the image feels new, different. I think this is very impressive.

My comment on AL's image applies here as well, even if your use of symmetry, the kind of geometric perfection, gives more to the icon, in the same way the catherdrals were. So I would say that yout image leaves less space for the agnocism. Very well done, Ray!

Wonderfully geometric image and it's content so close to AL's it's almost prophetic....excellent Ray. K

Very powerful and emotional. May He continue to give him strength... I don't know what else to say. Many thanks, Ray.
