3 May 2005 "Farewell to Hania"




I was walking for the last time in the Old Harbour of Hania.
I wanted to say a goodbuy to this wonderful town.
When I suddenly heard the national anthem playing I turned to the point where the flag was sriking.
This goodbuy to Hania was not without an answer.

a very moody scene, from the setting sun, to the lifeless flag , to the solitary person standing beside the flag-pole. you really do get that feeling of saying farewell.
