Yesterday I was lucky enough to accompany a journalist with a visit to see the chief of police. He then offered us a tour of the city to check out the security arrangements for the election.
As you can imagine security is very tight. there are checkpoints and roadblocks everywhere.
everybody is hoping that it will be enough to keep the terrorists away.
