This picture is representative of the miserable dark months that came all in a row, with rain instead of snow. I had to find a bright lens to use even at noon outdoors :-(
Thx for the feedback. I didn't think about the spiritual part. Sometimes I like certain images without knowing why and it's very nice when others comment.

I keep coming back to this photo. There is something so spiritual about it...perhaps the candle lit that will not go out even in the rain. And the dark muted colors against the bright flame make the picture have such a solemn feel to it.
