For those wondering how this look was achieved, what I did was I desaturated the image, cleared up the skin a bit, sharpened details I wanted to stand out like the edge of the fabric and the studs near here eye, and then did some burning on the edges. Try this on any image you have with lots of details and achieve the same effect. Good luck! :)
