This building hosts the Eden Gallery as well as the famous Givral café, opposite the Continental Hotel and the Opera House. On the other side of the block that they are demolishing, there were the Vietnam Airlines building facing the Rex Hotel and the Town Hall. Now they've already demolished the entire block to build some other very modern building...
