Paul D. Hartman, I hope you realize you are writing to a TOURIST's photo-gallery of a trip FIVE years ago? In the meantime, if you went forward two more photos further, you will have seen that my description below that photo said: "Travel partner bought this, and Sirca finally delivered over 2 months later. The plates arrived very carefully packed, in excellent condition." In other words, if they're operating in the same way, expect it to take awhile. And please google the shop and mail =them= your questions. Also, if you gave them money I would think you'd have their address and phone number on the invoice or the card from there. Thanks. I do not think they have reason to come to this page to see a tourist picture that's 5 years old. I write all this because you gave zero evidence you were aware you were writing to a tourist (me ) who took a photo 5 years ago. - Andrys

Erkan Akburak or Mehmet Turial, We ordered and paid for a 1x4.5cm Halkal Hitit Aile deseni and a 2x15cm Aile deseni Kadeh on 15/7/2009 when we visited your workshop. Delivery was listed as 15/9/2009. Have the ceramics been shipped? When should we expect them to arrive in the USA? My name is Paul D.
