Comparing crop factor advantage against megapixel count

This is an Olympus E-410 with 10 megapixels and a 4/3rds sensor versus a Pentax K20D with 16 megapixels and a 1.5 crop sensor.
The differences are now miniscule, indicating that pixel count over a given image area is very close between the two cameras.
Images were taken with a Tokina zoom set at 200mm and f8.0 on both cameras.
Processed in PS. Full-sized crops.
