Reading...

When we began isolating in March, I resolved to read as much as I could and watch as little TV as possible.
These are just the books on Japanese Architecture I read. Also read about twenty other books in several other genres.

A most interesting choice of Technical reading material you should be well informed in Japanese Home construction, your choice to use your spare time is excellent.
Nice photograph of the books arranged nicely for the photograph.

Glad you did this, Walter instead of the TV. Japanese culture is so interesting and those architecture books must have been fascinating. V

I love the idea of settling down with a book - but it doesn't happen - too much time on the computer :(

The Japanese aesthetic is so appealing - as is the time to do so much reading!

You would enjoy this place not so far from here I live. It is architectural museum with many old houses and shops etc. relocated and rebuilt in a park near Tokyo https://www.tatemonoen.jp/english/

Wow, I'm impressed Walter ... I remember visiting the Byodo Temple in Hawaii, a replica of a temple in Japan ... and I was surprised to learn that they didn't use a single nail in its construction, amazing. I too should read a book, haven't done so in years with the Internet!
