Britt-Scripps House

Built in 1887, this is one of the few surviving large Victorian Houses in San Diego.
It has ten bedrooms and eleven bathrooms and has an area of 6,270 square feet.
It is currently for sale for $5.5 million which is actually a fairly good deal considering the size of the house and lot, and its location.
Also, the inside is immaculate, and as it is a historic building almost all property taxes are waived, which would otherwise be over $100,000 per year.
