Ceviche

Here at a Lebanese-Mexican Supermarket in the Clairemont section of San Diego.
They have five different kinds, always made fresh in the morning. I like them all.
If you don't know what it is, it is raw Seafood cured with lime juice to which they add onion, bits of cucumber, chili, cilantro and salt.
It's excellent!
