Nigiri Sushi

Always best to test which fish is best before concentrating on one or two kinds. Therefore an assortment is always a good choice for a first order.
From left to right: Yellow Tail, Octopus, Shrimp, Squid, Tuna and Salmon. Today I liked the Yellow Tail best. Very fresh, exquisite taste and soft like butter.
