Nikkor 28mm f/2.8D AF

A lens that gets very limited use from me, especially since I got the 24-70mm f/2.8.
It is sharp, fairly light, well built and compact.

I know the feeling...modern zooms are so sharp themselves (as seen in this superb image) and of course offer versatility, so we tend to ignore the prime lenses...a few months ago I went out with the 35mm and the 85mm, and kept switching between the two...later I put the zoom back on the camera..
