To the side of the Sacred Plaza, this platform once held a statue of Pachacutec. Its difficult to see how tight these rocks fit together because your standing on top of it. Note; the top wall was a reconstruction by the INC.
In reference to the next photo, If you were to be looking toward Llactapata, the statue of Pachacutec would be in front of you and in front of Llactapata.
