Am Plan Square during the christmas market.
'The Plan' has long been used as a market and event space, including executions in past times. The south side of the square was mostly destroyed during WWII, so no historic buildings survived there and were replaced by a row of shops. Originally, from 1806, the fountain in the middle of the square provided most of the city's drinking water.
