Hello Allon, Great details on this little guy. How long have you been shooting with the 300mm lens for macro work. I know it's probably not as sharp as the Sigma or Canon 180mm but I like the longer working distance the 300mm offers. About this species: Look at this image of a Blue Dasher. http://www.pbase.com/ronnie_14187/image/37157142 From worlds apart and I know the colors are different but these two guys have to be genetically related with regards to shape, posture and other characteristics.
