I took the boat tour on the Chicago River starting at Michigan Ave. A docent gives a running talk of what we see and gives a brief history of the new and old buildings. This is one of the best ways to appreciate the architecture of Chicago, to enjoy the skyscrapers, and to photograph some magnificent sights.
