Not really struggling for a shot today but it's one of those days when there's loads to do at home and it's chucking it down outside... OK I'm struggling, have to admit so I'm having to shoot the dinner!

Not for the faint hearted vegetarian this is Galician Style Meatballs and Patatas Picantes. Which translated means Pork and herb meatballs in a rich tomato and chorizo sausage sauce served with lightly spiced roast potatoes. YUM!!

A Spanish style dish from the north west of Spain... well actually the chilled food cabinet in Marks and Spencers!!
