Passing through dark waters

There are always times like this in our lives,
when we feel like we are passing through dark waters...
but there is always a light that guides our way and the
bridge seems that will hold on. So, what will be there
on the other side?
The sound of crushing waves and our footsteps in the sand
as we run towards a new begining... The New Year is just
around the corner :)

Should I trust you? With outspread arms and firm stance you boldly crucify the future.I am afraid of the infinite possibilites. And I do not understand how you can be so cavalier.Just standing there taunting the fire and shadows as if they were mere actors.Perhaps the molten forms of inky doubt and silver promise beyond have tricked you?Mesmerizing your cares until you care not.Daring and taunting you with their beguiling patterns, that you have somehow convinced yourself of understanding.I stare at the light kissing your feet as if you are a God of surety. As if the future has gilded a path through eternity for you. What do I have to lose? Absolutely nothing if I am with you :)
~V! Absolutely brilliant movement of tone and symbolic texture. One of my favorite images from your work to date.Superb Ana!~

WOW! I don't know how you do it Ana, but you keep cranking out these stunning images! Love the symbolism of the cross, and the dark waters. The texture of the wood is also fantastic! The note is great too. An easy vote! :)

Wow, Ana. Two disparate textures in the same photo perfectly resolved. The black Silk bedsheet of the water and the sunbleached woodiness of the dock..right on. gmv.

This has it all !light and shadow , texture and smoothness , hard metal cross and light sparkle reflection. Contrasts everywhere. The words are very moving and thought provoking. Thanks Robbie.
