Torino was once the principal hub for the manufacture of automobiles in Italia. That industry has largely gone now, unfortunately, but echoes remain. One is the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, an awesomely expansive museum dedicated to the car in general and Italian cars in particular.

This was our one and only full day in Torino. Let's start at the museum and see where that leads!

Along the way we stop off at what used to be the Fiat factory, which is now a shopping mall.
