Dybala (Roma #21 in the bottom left of frame) has just booted the ball into the goal square, where a cluster of hungry wolves are waiting. Sardar Azmoun (#17, the Roma forward facing dead on to the camera at the back of the group) seems to have a particularly happy smile on his face as he sees the incoming ball. His acting captain, defender Chris Smalling (the guy closest to the goalkeeper) looks like he's a spring which has been tightened and is ready to let go.

Fortunately for Nava, I count 8 Milanesi (not counting himself) helping to defend the goal. Still, there is a very real threat here, as the various body languages suggest.
